Family Day - Building Team and Building Support from Families

The staff of Tai Chong Cheang Steamship Co. (Shanghai) Ltd (TCCC) organized an outing to Da Ming Mountain and Qing Shan Lake in western Zhejiang Province for the annual Family Day on November 10-11, 2012. As in previous years, all staff members and their families joined the outing and all had a good time.

The outing was a beautiful ‘landscape’ along the path of our busy working days. It improved staff motivation and helped team-building. The TCC Group’s outstanding corporate culture and corporate cohesion was felt on the Family Day. Family participation is always encouraged to help family members better understand the work and colleagues of the TCC staff. TCC culture puts ‘people-first’ and that starts with the families of our staff. .

The development and growth of our enterprise needs the solidarity and cohesion of all employees as a key competitive advantage to see TCC into the second century of its history. TCCC Family Day enhances the unity and harmony of TCCC.
