Appointment of Independent Non-Executive Director

The Group is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Cheng Fu Kwok, David to the Holdings Board of the TCC Shipping Group with effect from 1st January 2016. Mr. Cheng has served in senior management positions at a number of renowned banks and financial institutions for over 30 years and gained extensive experience in banking, corporate finance and shipfinance. Mr. Cheng is currently a member of the Working Group on Transportation under the Hong Kong Economic Development Commission, and also a member of the Hong Kong Maritime Industry Council of Transport and Housing Bureau.
