The Group is pleased to announce the appointment of Ms. Joan Ting to the Holdings Board of the TCC Shipping Group with effect from 1st June 2014. Ms. Ting was a seasoned banker with over 30 years of extensive experience gained from her various senior management positions at DBS Bank before she opted for early retirement in 2013.

“With our vision and strategic positioning to be Top-of-Mind amongst our stakeholders, we recognise the importance of the Board’s role in providing entrepreneurial as well as corporate governance leadership to the Group for achieving its strategic objectives,” stated Mr. Kenneth Koo, Chairman of the Board. “Ms. Ting’s skills and experience will be valuable asset to the Board and her appointment will enhance the Board’s diversity of perspectives, experience and counsel.
